Collctiv Pro is easy group and social payments for organisations. For every business, school, club and charity that needs to collect money as a team. It’s for those organisations who like to celebrate the big birthdays and babies, raise money for chosen causes, pay tribute to Brian when he retires, and do social stuff together.
Collctiv Personal is for anyone collecting from friends, family, colleagues or mates down the pub, whether for gifts, trips, subs, hen dos - whatever you need to collect money for in your personal life to make things happen.
Personal is different from Pro if you are the only person using the account and the money doesn’t need to be seen or approved by your organisation.

Since 2019 we’ve seen you lot collect millions of pounds for a whole host of different things. And we’ve spotted that quite a few of you are in business or organisations where a central Collctiv account could be really helpful. Plus a fair whack of you have asked us for things like multi-user access and a dashboard view for everyone in your team, so here you go!
By default, all accounts are Collctiv Personal accounts. You will need to upgrade to a Collctiv Pro account. So if you haven’t done that, then you’re on a Collctiv Personal account. You can also check on the Settings page of the app, or drop us a line to support@collctiv.com and we can check for you.
There are two types of ‘seat’ in Collctiv Pro: Admin and Member. Members are the majority of your team/organisation (as everyone can log in to see all the current collection pots and create new ones!) and those seats are all free. For those of you who need to control the account, add bank details, view payment transactions and exit the funds, there are Admin seats. Each Admin seat is charged at £9 + vat per seat.
You’re also now getting same-day bank withdrawals for free where they cost £3 per withdrawal on Collctiv Personal, so it's a bargain!

Fees for Admin seats are charged monthly and you can cancel your Pro membership at any time by getting in touch with us on support@collctiv.com. From 29th October 2026, you will only be able to withdraw funds to a business, club, charity, school or sports team bank account (i.e. not a personal bank account) with a Collctiv Pro account. If you have a Collctiv Personal account and currently withdraw funds to an organisational bank account, you won’t be able to do that any longer past 29th October 2026 without upgrading to Collctiv Pro.
