I'm collecting from colleagues. Do I need Pro?

Probably not. If you're collecting for a leaving gift, a birthday or the Christmas do, that's a personal collection and Personal is perfect. Pro is for when your organisation itself is collecting, and the money needs to land in the organisation's bank account.

How does Pro pricing work?

Pro is £9 a month + VAT for each admin seat. Team members are free. Members can create and run pots and see payments, and admins can also withdraw money and manage the team, so you only pay for the people who control your organisation's money.

Who can use Collctiv Pro?

Pro is for organisations: businesses, schools, clubs, charities and other groups collecting on behalf of an organisation. You'll need an organisation bank account to receive payouts.

Are there any other fees?

No. Every fee is in the comparison table above. If it's not listed there, we don't charge it.

Can I cancel Pro?

Yes. Pro is billed monthly with no long-term contract, so you can cancel whenever you like.

I collect for my organisation on Personal. What's changing?

From the end of 2026, withdrawals to organisation bank accounts will only be available on Pro. Personal will stay free for everything you collect as an individual.
