Entry to the competition is subject to these competition terms. Any entry which does not comply with these terms will not be entered to the competition and/or may be disqualified.
The competition commences as soon as it is announced and closes at 11.59 pm UK Time on the last day of the month of announcement.
To enter the competition, you need to create a pot within your Collctiv account and receive at least three contributions to that pot between the competition commencement and 11.59 pm UK Time on the last day of the month of announcement.
To be able to enter, your account must be fully verified and must not be on hold or under investigation. In addition, the contributions made must be made by three separate individuals and must be made in good faith for the reason stated on the pot.
To be able to enter, you must also be a resident of the UK or USA and over the age of 18 at the commencement of the competition.
The competition's winner will be decided randomly from the list of verified entries.
The prize is subject to availability and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. The prize is described in the promotional literature for the competition, although any imagery used is for illustrative purposes only, and the actual prize received may vary. We cannot guarantee the size of the items making up the prize.
To claim the prize, you must reply to our email stating that you are a winner within 7 days of us sending the email to you, and you must, in your reply, provide us with an address to post the prize to as well as your ideal size for the clothing items. The address must be a UK or USA mainland address. If you do not respond to our email within this timeframe or provide us with such an address, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternative prize will be offered.
If you win the prize, you agree that we may publish publicly your first name, the county, town or city where you are located and the reason your pot was set up.
If we consider or have grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms, have cheated, deceived or engaged in fraudulent or unsporting conduct of any kind, or you are abusive towards our team members, then, without limiting the other options available to us, we may disqualify you from the competition and, if you have been selected as the winner, you will not receive the prize. We reserve the right to select another winner.
If acting reasonably, we consider it necessary or appropriate to do so, we reserve the right to amend this competition, the prize or these competition terms.
