What is the Payment Tracker?

A free, online payment tracker for organisers who need to keep track of who has paid what, and who they still need to chase. It’s perfect for group holidays where attendees need to pay in multiple instalments, or for events where attendance requires payment.

Is it free?

Yes, it’s completely free to use.

Do I need to make an account?

As the person using the payment tracker, you just need to enter your email address. You’ll be sent a magic sign in link by email and then your account, and the information you enter, is stored in an account under that email address. Nobody else in the group needs an account.

Is my data saved if I close the tab?

Yes. Your tracker autosaves and is tied to your email, so signing back in with the same address brings you straight back to it, from any device.

Can the people I'm collecting from see this tracker?

No. It's private to you as the organiser, for your own reference. Contributors don't have a view into it.

Can I get my data out if I want to use it elsewhere?

Yes, there's a CSV export you can download at any time.

What if I need to track more than money, e.g. t-shirt sizes or specific forms?

The tracker has a separate "required items" checklist alongside payment stages, so you can add and track non-payment info per attendee too.
