A Collctiv Choice Card is an e-gift card pre-loaded with a specific amount that the recipient can then use in the Collctiv gift card store to purchase one or more gift cards to the total value.

Is there any extra cost to purchasing a Collctiv Choice Card?

It doesn't cost anything to purchase. All the money you put on the card goes to the recipient.

Can the balance be spent at multiple stores?

Yes. The recipient can choose to spend the balance on one or multiple gift cards in the Collctiv gift-card store.

What is the minimum amount I can put onto a Collctiv Choice Card?

You can put as little as £10 on a Collctiv Choice Card.

Does the card expire?

The Collctiv Choice Card will expire after 12 months.

Can I add more money on to the card at a later date?

A Collctiv Choice Card can only be loaded once but if you end up with more money in your collection, you can buy another for free.

In what countries can I use the Collctiv Choice Card?

The Collctiv Choice Card can be used to purchase e-gift cards in the Collctiv gift card store which can all be used in the UK.

Do I have to print the voucher?

The voucher can be sent directly to the recipient by email or you can send it to yourself and then print it if you'd prefer to gift it in person.

How can I check the balance of my Collctiv Choice Card?

Once you've sent a Collctiv Choice Card the balance will only be visible to the recipient from that point. If you are the recipient you can click the redeem button in the email to view the remaining balance.

I've received a Collctiv Choice Card, can I exchange it to receive the money into my bank?

The Collctiv Choice Card can only be used to purchase e-gift cards within the Collctiv gift-card store.

I've received a Collctiv Choice Card, how do I redeem it?

Follow the steps in the email you've been sent to redeem the card.
