Last Man Standing (LMS) is a simple elimination game where players pick a team each week and try to stay in the game for as long as possible. Each gameweek, choose one Premier League team to win or draw their match. If they win or draw, you’re safely through to the next round. 🎉 If they lose, you’re out! ❌

You can only pick each team once. So, if you choose Manchester City in the first gameweek, they’re off your list for the rest of the game. Save those big teams wisely! 🧠

Keep playing week after week until there’s only one person left standing. 🏆 You can play with any number of people, but the more players you have, the more fun (and dramatic) it gets!

How can I collect entry fees for the LMS game?

Collecting everyone’s entry fee is easy with Collctiv! 🎉 You can link a Collctiv pot directly to your LMS game, so everyone can see where to pay when they join.

Once players have joined, you can keep track of who has paid their entry fee and check people off as they pay. ✅

What is the deadline for choosing a team?

You can choose your team right up until one hour before the first game of the gameweek starts. So, even if the previous gameweek is still going, you can get your pick in early and start planning your next move! The new gameweek usually starts on Friday or Saturday, but it can sometimes kick off earlier depending on the Premier League schedule. ⚽ The deadline for each week is shown in the game. Make sure you’ve chosen your team before the deadline to stay in the game.

Is the LMS game only for the premier league?

For now, yes! We’ve kept Last Man Standing exclusively for the Premier League. 🏆⚽ Let us know if you want to see a version of Last Man Standing for anything else.

What happens if everyone gets knocked out in the same round?

Usually, everyone pays the entry fee again and the game restarts, meaning the prize pot gets even bigger. 💰🔥

When you’re setting up your game, you get to choose what happens. You can:

• 🔄 Restart the game – everyone pays the entry fee again and the prize pot increases.
• 💰 Share the prize – split the prize money between the last players who were still in the game before everyone was eliminated.
• ⚡ Automatically restart – set the game to restart automatically if everyone is knocked out in the same round.

So, it’s up to you how you want to play! 🏆

Is the LMS game tool free?

The game is completely free to use 🥳 As the organiser, you can create a pot with Collctiv to collect the entry/prize fees and link it directly to the game.

Do I need to make an account to use the LMS game?

Nope! 🙌 There’s no password to remember and no complicated account setup.

You just need to enter your email address to get a magic link. Click the link to set up your game or make your weekly pick, and you’re good to go!

Because it’s all linked to your email, you can make your picks from any device.📱💻

Can I change my team after submitting?

Yes! 🙌 You can change your team as many times as you like before the deadline. Just make sure your final pick is submitted at least one hour before the first Premier League game of the gameweek kicks off.

Can people see which team I’ve picked?

Nope! 🤫 Your team pick is kept secret from the other players, so no one can copy your strategy. Only the game organiser can see everyone’s picks

How does payout of the Collctiv pot work?

Once the game is over, the organiser can use the Collctiv pot to pay out the prize money. 🏆

They can send the money directly to the winner, or use it to buy a gift card directly from the pot . 🎁 Alternatively, the organiser can withdraw the money to their own bank account and use it to buy a present for the winner.
