If you’re raising for a non-profit organization:
As a user raising for charitable purposes for a non-profit organisation, there is a 3% fixed fee applied to each payment received through the app. We automatically deduct this fee from your received payments, so there’s nothing additional you need to do on your end.
If you are running a non-profit organization:
If you are running a non-profit charitable organization, Collctiv will not charge you any fees to use the platform. Just enter your EIN number during the sign-up process. Once verified, Collctiv will be completely free to use.
